When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and delivery or pickup preferences. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card will be charged at the time of order confirmation. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup orders should be collected at our location at 1070 45th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219. Delivery is available within a limited local area. Estimated preparation times are approximate and may vary during peak hours. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins by calling us at 347-365-3603. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Accounts
You may create an account to track orders and save preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
7. Intellectual Property
